Everyone except Levia and Seulbi gets buffed, (To their level? J's probably going to get there if their goal is to make him more appealing to players without perma-Golden Time Again.) two new Plane Gate stages, AND 0 Stamina cost + 1 stage run event?!

Hoping that we get some new flashy stuff but if they're doing multiple characters at once I feel like it'd be like stat changes or something which would be disappointing but somewhat expected but we shall w8 and see( I expect a 90% chance of extensions cuz this is alot of stuff at once lmao)

They're most likely just going to buff skill percentages. Possibly give J some better AoE damage. (He's a single target beatdown god, but when it comes to clearing out groups.....)
Yuri and Seulbi got full blown revamps because they really needed it. Yuri wasn't living up to her hybrid character role and it was better to just go straight up physical with her. And Seulbi had all kinds of problems. Namely how she needed to use Z attacks to build up bits and most of her skills that didn't involve bits sucked.
Nata on the other hand, is just held back by his low damage output. He actually clears out stages pretty fast when he outgears them.
Quick PVP impressions:
-Peer2peer, so there was much lag.
-Basically a "best two out of three" system. Some skills start off on cooldown.
-Blitz gives Yuri a huge advantage.
-You get 1 Union Coin if you lose.
.....I'd stay away from it because I've heard that Nexon bans foreigners for lagging too much in other games.
Edit: Eww, they're forcing us into using specific weapons now.
For the new gear, you have to run the two new raid stages. They're basically boss rush: Everyone in Plane Gate except Vites and Mephisto. There are random drops. You use them to craft to the new level 62 legendaries.
.....Character specific weapons and modules. There's only two weapons and two modules for each character. With two set bonuses for both.
Seha: Sword and Claw
Seulbi, Misteltein, and Levia: Wand and Lantern
Yuri: Whip and Scythe
J: Dagger and Hammer
Nata: Dagger and Claw
On one hand, I suppose this frees me from the gamble of the RNG boxes trying to get lanterns on everyone. I got two weapon drops in a single run, so there's more chances that don't cost 68 crystals.
On the other, Seha and Yuri can't hit 40% CDR with their weapon choices. J and Nata can still do it since their daggers give 15% CDR instead of the usual 10% though.
Also, the wands are blatantly better than the lanterns for Seulbs, Mistel, and Levia. +10% more Crit Chance, 30% Crit Damage while the lanterns come with 45%, but the wands also have 20% Aerial Crit Damage, on top of the wands being paired with +7% CDR modules. And 22% Crit Damage from the set bonus instead of 19% Crit Chance.
