I am using adsl 2 in australia
top speed is 550kb /s =_=
Mine's 200mbps (best). I wish mine was written in MB/s so I can scam the salesperson ;w;.

lol
megabits per second that is the meaning of mb/s and mbps. They are the same
and my normal net speed in Japan is 1.2GB mb/s upload and download Big Grin
i got it as a work benefit (used to)

Holy s***

Neeh, actually:
MB/s = Mega Bytes per second
mbps or Mbps = Mega bits per second.

1 byte = 8 bits
1 kilobyte (KB) = 2^10 bytes = 1,024 bytes
1 megabyte (MB) = 2^10^(2) = 2^20 = 1024^2 = 1,048,576 bytes
1 gigabyte (GB) = 2^10^(3) = 2^30 = 1024^3 = 1,073,741,824 bytes.
continue the loop.

i do aware of the 1byte = 8 bits calculations but the short-term i just don't even know
