[Urgent] Account locked?

Hello guys,

Today after 4AM KST, I went to CloserS website and logged in. I don't know why but, after I managed to login, I had no selected character on the website profile. Then I went there to change to Seulbi as per usual. I received a korean message on the screen and none of my characters were there. I tought it was a glitch, then I logged off and tried to login again while my patch was checking the game files. When I tried to login again, I receive this error message:

According to Hails, it means something like "You tried to login too much in a short amount of time" or something. Then I went to Google to check it out and seems like it happened before on Nexon North America and Europe. For many of the users, 15 to 4 hours without any login atempt solved the problem. For me, didn't work.

It's the only account I have in both Elsword and CloserS. I've spent money and time on it for over six (yes, six) years. I don't want my efforts to go in a blink of eyes.

Can you guys help me with it?

it's nexon network problem it can happen even inside of south Korea

Okay, Ruecian. Finally it's working and I'm playing again. Time to rush to spend my stamina.
